Mid-June Update

Hey guys,

Apologies for the late update. I forewent the last one both out of respect and deference to what has been happening. Usually on matters of conflict and opinion I stay out of it, but I don’t think anyone can afford silence right now, or worse, pretending it’s not happening to avoid being ‘political’.

I’ve needed to take what my friends recommended as ‘mental health days’. It’s helped, somewhat. I’ve seen so many people murdered or viciously attacked recently that it’s been practically impossible to shut it out and focus on happy horny creative endeavors, so I’ve sequestered myself the last few days. I recommend anyone else finding themselves drained by it all should do the same.

That being said, I still have a lot of writing to post, which I still need to bring myself to do. I’ve also had some ideas on what I can do for Carnal Souls, which I’m not fully ready to talk about but I think (hope) it’ll be a well-recieved course of action. If I can get my head right I’m excited about its prospects, as are members of the team.

Keep eachother safe. Don’t give up. Black lives matter.

Black lives matter, but I’m done with your project management. You don’t have the social credit to go on and sidetrack your project not because I think black matters issue isn’t hard to go through, but because you have just suffered too many hurdles and I’m tired of waiting. It’s been years.
Bring back the developer who was originally going to work for you, admit defeat and save your project. Give them a larger pay cut and finish your damn game.

The notion that you will learn programming and finish the game on your own is absurd: you have sown you lack the focus and more importantly discipline to even post status updates that are on time or relevant to your own product. You’re not notch, you’re not ConcernedApe. You have an idea that is really cool but you it’s going to die on you if you don’t do something different.

agree … 5 years have passed. And apart from the text, we see no progress …

I think …. I will stop coming here and watch the progress. After all, this makes no sense. I’ll come here in 5 years, I hope at least something will change. Otherwise, it’s just a mockery of everyone who expected at least something from you.

Even the most patient people can understand that they were deceived. When your progress has been in place for 5 years ….
